iMER coordinates meetings and discussions between all the medical specialists involved in the identification of diagnosis and planning of treatment of each patient, both in the country of origin of the patient and in the countries to which the patient's problem been referred by group conferences, conference telephone call and/or Telemedicine conference as required.

Patient confidentiality is  respected and protected by computer data protection system and special purpose unique patient login identification sub-system.
