Dr. Samoutis specialized in Family Medicine and is licensed as General Practitioner. He studied General Medicine in Aristotle University of Thessalonica in Greece and did his specialization in Nicosia General Hospital, Cyprus. Dr. Samoutis holds a Master’s degree in “Health Management and Administration”, from the  National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He is also the Head of the Accident and Emergency Department of “Hippocrateon Private Hospital” in Nicosia, Cyprus.
