	Ilan Tamir. Co-founder iMER COO and acting CEO
	Born in South Africa in 1958, married with 3 children. Mr. Ilan Tamir holds a BSc. in Industrial Engineering from the Technion (Haifa) and an MBA degree from Tel Aviv University. In the last 20 years he served in several financial and operational senior positions in Technology companies and as a CFO of a leading venture capital firm (BRM Capital).
	George Georgiou. Co-founder iMER VP Business Development
	Born in Nicosia, Cyprus in 1973, Mr. Georgiou holds a BEng. in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College, London and an MBA degree from the Columbia Business School, New York. Mr. Georgiou has worked for Morgan Stanley as a business analyst in Private Wealth Management in London, and as an Investment Analyst for Universal Life, the leading life insurance company in Cyprus.
	Ady Jakubovitz. Co-founder iMER Chief Marketing Officer
	Born in Haifa, in 1958, married with 2 children. Mr. Jakubovitz holds a BSc. in Industrial Engineering and Information Technology from the Technion. In the last 20 years served as an executive and senior business manager in leading Hi-Tech global corporations. Mr. Jakubovitz was also HP country sales manager (www.hp.com) and Senior VP in Matrix ( www.matrix.co.il), a leading software house.
	Prof. David Michael Linton. Co-founder iMER Academic Medical Director
	Born in South Africa in 1950, married with 4 children. Graduate of the Universities of Pretoria and Cape Town South Africa. Registered specialist in Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine. Fellow of the Faculty of Anaesthesiology, College of Medicine of South Africa since 1980 and Master of Philosophy in Critical Care Medicine, University of Cape Town, from 1990. Previously Principal Specialist, Principal Lecturer and co-director of the Medical Intensive Care Unit of the Departments of Medicine and Anaesthesiology, University of Cape Town. Currently Director: Medical Intensive Care Unit, Department of Medicine, Hadassah Medical Organization and Clinical Senior lecturer of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Associate Editor of the Southern African Journal of Critical Care and past Editorial Board member of Current Opinion in Pulmonology and Current Opinion in Critical Care. ATLS and ACLS Instructor since 1992. Professor Linton is an internationally acknowledged expert in air ambulance transport of critically ill patients. Professor Linton is an Instrument Rated Commercial Pilot with more than 1,300 hours flying time. In 1997 he organized the first Dedicated Air Ambulance service in the Middle East.

	Medical Second opinion, if needed. Sometimes a patient will require a Medical Second Opinion to confirm – or reject – a diagnosis and/or treatment proposed by his own physician. iMER will provide a non-biased Medical Second Opinion by the best super-specialists available. Medical Diagnosis - an initial assessment and medical evaluation, necessary to define the Medical Treatment, detailing the treatment necessary, according to your condition, which generates the Medical Plan, stating all procedures according to the Medical treatment that you will undergo. Emergency Evacuation: If your condition requires urgent treatment, iMER will plan prepare and execute an emergency evacuation by a dedicated air-ambulance.
	iMER will provide you with a Medical Second Opinion
	An iMER super-specialist will provide you with a Medical Second Opinion, as requested. iMER will provide this medical opinion based on the medical information you will submit, and will instruct you if there is any additional tests required to get a definitive Medical Second Opinion.
	Initial Assessment and Medical Evaluation
	The initial assessment and medical evaluation begins with a review of the previous medical history and available medical information on the patient. Our super-specialists may or may not agree with the previous medical evaluations, and their evaluation will be the basis of formulating a detailed medical Plan.
	Medical Plan
	iMER will provide you with a detailed Medical Plan, stating all procedures recommended by the specialists, and combined with the necessary logistics aspects (traveling, visa, transportation, accommodation, translation etc.), to treat your problem and help you select the best institution to have these procedures performed.

Who will provide a Medical Second Opinion?

	iMER doctors will provide you with a Medical Second Opinions. All our doctors are staff members (Professors, Doctors , etc.) at top-level University hospitals and are super-specialists in their field. What is a "Medical Evaluation"?

This is the first step to your recovery.
An iMER super specialists will perform a detailed evaluation of your medical condition, based on the available medical information. They may request additional information and tests, and in some cases, it may be necessary for the patient to come to one of the iMER partner clinics for additional tests, as necessary to complete the medical evaluation. This complete medical evaluation will be the basis for the Medical plan that we will submit to you, detailing all steps and procedures recommended for your case.

What is the iMER Air Ambulance Service?

iMER provides a 24x7 Air Ambulance Service using jet and turboprop airplanes which are licensed and equipped as flying intensive care units. Our aircrafts are fast, safe and economic machines which can fly non-stop to countries in the Middle East, the Gulf states, Northern Africa and Europe. All the aircrafts we use are equipped as functional INTENSIVE CARE UNITS. We can provide ICU-to-ICU transport service with continuous medical intensive care expertise during the flight ! We provide continuous patient monitoring including EKG, non-invasive blood pressure, pulse oximetry and capnography.
We carry oxygen for double the scheduled flying time, and have built in compressed air and vacuum suction pumps. Our aircrafts have wide doors and special facilities, which allow the crew to load the patient comfortably. The cabin is pressurized and air-conditioned which provide comfortable conditions for the patient and the flying staff. Our staff includes experienced and specially trained pilots, physicians with flying experience, paramedics and intensive care nurses.

Can iMER provide International Air Ambulance services?

	Yes. Our pilots and planes are qualified for international air ambulance services. In fact, iMER takes care of bringing the patient to the Health Care institution where he/she will be treated, using the most adequate transport, as required:
	Road ambulances to bring the patient to the nearest airport Air ambulance to the city of destination Road ambulance to the medical institution (All this if the medical condition of the patient requires so)
